  • Partner with the executive team in assessing organic growth opportunities across existing operations and new markets.
  • Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic investment decisions.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional finance organisation.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, investors, financial institutions, auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and commercial partnership within the finance team.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with a recognised professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • Extensive finance leadership experience gained within the hospitality sector, including hotels, hospitality management, or related asset-intensive businesses.
  • Demonstrated experience leading finance at a Group or regional level across multiple international markets.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, management reporting, planning, budgeting, treasury, and corporate finance.
  • Proven ability to partner senior business leaders in driving business performance and strategic decision-making.
  • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, investment evaluation, and business expansion initiatives would be highly advantageous.
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical, financial modelling, and business partnering capabilities.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-country environment.
