About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Delivery Lead to oversee and drive successful delivery of strategic programs and projects across multiple teams in Singapore. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, aligning delivery with business objectives, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and coordinate delivery teams across multiple projects and business units.
- Define and implement delivery frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into executable delivery plans.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project managers and delivery teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and remove delivery roadblocks.
- Report on delivery performance to senior leadership and recommend continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project/program management or delivery leadership roles.
- Strong track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects at scale.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on outcomes and results.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.
