Job Description

At Tag, we bring big ideas to life. As a leading creative production and sourcing partner, we work with some of the world's biggest brands and agencies, delivering content at scale to create campaigns that are more impactful, more effective and more efficient.

We believe that the combination of different ideas, experience, backgrounds and skillsets create a great place to work, and we are committed to promoting an inclusive, equitable and diverse culture where each employee feels supported and empowered.

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Group Creative Director (GCD) is the driving force behind creative excellence at Tag Singapore - shaping a vision that inspires, elevates, and scales world-class creative output across the business.

This is a role for a deeply craft-led creative - someone with an art direction foundation, a sharp eye, and an obsession with the details that make work exceptional. You are a hands on leader and enjoy staying close to the work, raising the standard and setting the tone for what great looks like every day.

Leading multidisciplinary teams across content, design, social, digital, production, and emerging media, you bring together craft, culture, and technology to deliver work that not only resonates, but creates real, measurable impact. From brand-led creative to social activations, you're creativity and leadership can expand to any task at hand.

Operating at the intersection of creativity, innovation, and business transformation, you translate complex challenges into powerful creative solutions that are culturally relevant, commercially effective, and built to scale. Working in close partnership with Client, Growth, Delivery, Product, and Innovation teams, you ensure creativity is both ambitious and grounded in results.

As a highly visible, client-facing leader, you build trusted relationships, develop outstanding talent, and contribute directly to growth - through hands-on creative leadership, proactive opportunity creation, and consistently exceptional delivery.
