Description
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting duties, including preparing the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statement, Trial Balance, and subsidiary ledgers.
- Handle monthly group reporting activities such as financial consolidation, KPI tracking, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of consolidated reports.
- Prepare monthly closing schedules, conduct variance analysis, and deliver management reports.
- Oversee cashflow reporting and develop short and longterm cashflow forecasts.
- Execute foreign exchange accounting and related reporting activities.
- Complete quarterly and annual tax filings, including GST submissions and estimated tax computations.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual statutory audits and support internal audit requirements.
- Lead and manage finance-related tasks during the annual stocktake exercise.
- Ensure adherence to financial authority limits, financial reporting standards (FRS), company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes or improve existing financial policies.
- Support and lead assigned adhoc projects and operational initiatives as needed.
Profile
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field with a minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Singapore
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
