Group Compliance Officer, Corporate & Fiduciary Services (Singapore)

A leading Corporate & Fiduciary Services provider is seeking an Officer / Senior Officer to join its Group Compliance team in Singapore.

Working closely with business units and senior stakeholders, you will help strengthen the firm's governance framework and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor regulatory developments and implement compliance policy updates.
• Perform AML/CFT reviews, client due diligence, KYC, and transaction monitoring.
• Support enterprise-wide ML/TF risk assessments and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Oversee FATCA and CRS compliance, reporting, and regulatory obligations.
• Support personal data protection compliance and internal governance initiatives.
• Conduct compliance monitoring, thematic reviews, and control assessments.
• Prepare management reporting and compliance dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections, audits, and remediation programmes.
• Deliver compliance training and promote risk awareness across the business.
• Participate in regional compliance and governance projects.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, Accountancy, or a related discipline.
• 4-6 years of compliance experience within financial institutions, preferably Corporate & Fiduciary Services, Trust Companies, or Private Banking.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC, source of wealth (SOW), and source of funds (SOF) requirements.
• Experience supporting FATCA, CRS, regulatory reporting, or compliance monitoring programmes would be advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
