Key Responsibilities
Own show performance end-to-end: Take full ownership of show and tour performance from greenlight to post-show review, running show P&Ls across ticketing, sponsorship, VIP, F&B and ancillaries while actively managing costs, margins and cashflow identify risks early and drive corrective actions with Touring, Production and Marketing teams.
Be the performance engine: Partner with the Touring Accountant to build forecasts, scenarios and weekly performance dashboards covering sell-through, revenue pacing, margin and cash exposure act as the commercial truth source guiding decisions on venues, pricing, production scale and additional dates.
Turn deals into profitable reality: Ensure signed deals work in practice by supporting co-promotion, versus and partnership structures, validating deal economics pre-greenlight, and working with Legal and Finance to translate commercial terms into executable settlement mechanics.
Optimise pricing and monetisation: Support ticketing and pricing strategy through SKU mix, presale and demand analysis analyse VIP, F&B and sponsorship performance to continuously lift per-head yield across shows and tours.
Lead through influence: Connect Commercial, Touring, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Production teams lead weekly show cadence meetings, convert data into clear actions, and support leadership decisions on scaling, market focus and capital allocation.
Build for scale: Create repeatable commercial playbooks, standardise performance tracking and post-show reviews, and strengthen commercial discipline as show volume and geographic footprint expand.
About You
6-10+ years experience in commercial, touring, live entertainment or project-based businesses.
Strong ownership of show P&Ls, margin analysis and performance management.
Hands-on experience with JV, co-promotion or profit-share deal structures.
Commercially sharp with strong show analysis, forecasting and variance analysis skills.
