Job Summary

A Group Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) partners with the CEO to enhance business operations and align strategies with the company's long-term vision. The CSO drives innovation, leads strategic initiatives, and monitors progress through data analysis and executive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and refine business strategies that support long-term company goals
• Lead cross-functional meetings with the CEO, board members, and executives to generate innovative business ideas and strategic plans
• Analyze business data to track progress and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement changes to enhance business performance
• Communicate strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making and drive growth

Requirements

• Degree in business administration or in a business related field
• Ability to create and implement long-term initiatives, benchmarking, and scenario planning
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and financial data to drive decisions
• Experience in working with the C-suite and leading cross-functional teams
