Frazer Jones is delighted to be retained on a confidential search for a newly created Chief Human Resources Officer role with a private equity backed global organisation formed through the combination of three businesses, one large platform in Asia and two complementary businesses in the United States and Europe.
This newly integrated group, with approximately 13,000 employees globally, is entering a transformative phase focused on integration, scale building, and value creation. With a clear ambition to prepare for an IPO in 2029 and a long term target valuation of approximately USD 15 billion, the organisation is seeking a CHRO who can help shape the people strategy for a truly global, multi regional enterprise.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Board and Private Equity sponsor, the CHRO will be based in Singapore and will serve as a core member of the executive leadership team. This individual will be responsible for defining and executing the global people and culture agenda across Asia Pacific, the US and Europe, with a strong focus on integration, organisational alignment, and building scalable HR capabilities to support rapid growth.
The CHRO will lead the full HR agenda across organisational design, leadership and succession, total rewards, performance management, talent strategy, HR operations, governance, and workforce planning. A key priority will be driving post merger integration across three legacy organisations, ensuring cultural alignment, harmonised HR frameworks, and a unified operating model that supports both efficiency and growth. The role will also play a critical part in establishing IPO readiness across people, governance, reporting, and leadership structures.
This is a highly commercial, value creation focused CHRO mandate, working in close partnership with the CEO, executive team, and investors to deliver on the equity story. The successful candidate will be expected to link people strategy directly to business performance, enable large scale transformation, and build leadership depth across all regions, particularly as the organisation expands further across APAC and the Middle East.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience as a senior HR leader within private equity backed, complex, and fast moving global environments. Prior experience of leading or operating within multi geography organisations undergoing integration or transformation will be essential. Given the strategic importance of Asia to the group, candidates must have lived and worked in Asia previously, with strong experience in both China and India markets. Exposure to IPO readiness, large scale organisational change, and investor facing environments will be highly valued.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a newly formed global leader at the outset of its journey, with significant influence over value creation, organisational design, and long term equity outcomes as the business progresses towards a potential 2029 IPO.
