Group Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be responsible for the overall financial management of the Group, including:

. Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for multiple companies.

. Prepare monthly management accounts, consolidated financial statements, and Board reports.

. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.

. Lead Group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.

. Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

. Manage GST, corporate tax, and liaise with tax agents and IRAS.

. Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and fixed assets.

. Manage banking facilities, project financing, loans, foreign exchange, and cash flow.

. Coordinate annual statutory audits and strengthen internal controls.

. Lead ERP/Kintone system improvements and finance digitalisation projects.

. Support corporate governance, company secretarial matters, and overseas entities.

. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.

Requirements

. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

. Professional qualification such as CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage.

. Minimum 5-8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.

. At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.

. Experience managing multiple companies or group consolidation is highly preferred.

. Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, and corporate taxation.

. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Kintone, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar.

. Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

. Experience in manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or construction industries will be advantageous.
