Group Accountant

Lead financial reporting, analysis, and audit functions for the group and subsidiaries, ensuring compliance and supporting budgeting and treasury activities to drive accurate financial management and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

. Prepare/ review monthly financial report of companies

. Perform monthly financial analysis of group and companies

. Prepare consolidated financial statements

. Perform internal audit of subsidiaries

. Liaise with external auditors for annual statutory audit

. Prepare/ review cash flow projection

. Administer SAPB1 system

. Prepare/ review GST F5

. Liaise with tax agent on tax compliance

. Handles bank and treasury matters

. Facilitate annual budget exercise for the group

. Ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

. Diploma in Accounting/Bachelor of Accountancy/ ACCA

. Minimum 3 years of audit and/or accounting experience

. Possess sharp, analytical and inquiring mind

. Proficient in Excel

. Sound local tax knowledge

. Experience in SAPB1 system is an advantage
