1. Financial Reporting & Group Consolidation
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for shipyard entities and group consolidation.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/SFRS(I) and statutory reporting requirements.
- Prepare consolidation journals including intercompany eliminations, unrealized profit adjustments, minority interest adjustments
- Lead coordination with external auditors and relevant professional parties on audit deliverables across Group entities, including statutory audits, special-purpose reviews, and financial reporting requirements arising from significant corporate exercises, including the reverse takeover (RTO) transaction.
2. SGX Reporting & Board Reporting
- Preparing quarterly financial results announcements in compliance with SGX listing requirements.
- Preparing Board papers, financial presentation slides, and analysis materials for Board of Directors meetings.
- Coordinate inputs across finance and operational departments for management presentations.
- Ensure reporting disclosures are accurate, consistent, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
3. Shipyard Project Accounting & Cost Monitoring
- Monitor project accounting for shipbuilding and ship repair contracts.
- Review project accruals, WIP valuation, revenue recognition, and percentage-of-completion calculations.
4. Tax Compliance & Corporate Secretarial matters
- Assist in review of corporate tax returns and related tax schedules for Group entities.
- Support tax computation reviews and monitor tax compliance deadlines across subsidiaries.
- Liaise with external tax agents to coordinate tax filings and resolve queries,
- Liaise with external corporate secretaries to ensure timely submission of statutory documents and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, group consolidation, or external audit, preferably within a listed company, shipyard, marine engineering, offshore services, or project-based environment.
- Prior exposure to SGX reporting, statutory compliance, and multi-entity group reporting will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, group consolidation and financial reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines in fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different levels of the organization.
- Positive working attitude with a pleasant disposition and strong sense of accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel
