The Role:
We are looking for a Group Account Director to lead one of the agency's key businesses and client portfolios.
Reporting to the Client Services Director, you will be responsible for the overall health, growth, and performance of the account - spanning client relationships, commercial outcomes, team leadership, and the quality of work delivered. You will act as a trusted senior partner to your clients, while working closely with Creative, Strategy, and cross-functional agency partners to drive meaningful, effective work.
As a senior leader within the agency, this role goes beyond day-to-day account management. You will provide leadership across the account, ensuring strong strategic thinking, excellent delivery, and a long-term partnership with your clients. Your focus will be to ensure the work not only meets expectations but also contributes meaningfully to both the client's business objectives and the agency's growth.
This role requires a strong balance of client leadership, commercial awareness, and people management, with the confidence to influence at senior levels and the judgment to steer complex engagements.

Client & Business Leadership
. Lead senior-level client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and trusted partner
. Drive organic growth opportunities within the account, including proactive proposals and scope expansion
. Work closely with the Client Services Director to support revenue targets, forecasting, and overall account performance
. Actively manage client satisfaction and maintain strong senior stakeholder relationships
. Demonstrate sound commercial judgment to ensure work is delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and budget
. Uphold and advance the agency's reputation through professionalism, perspective, and quality of output
Strategic & Creative Partnership
. Work in close partnership with Strategy and Creative to shape strong briefs, campaign direction, and brand-led thinking
. Contribute meaningfully to the creative process, ensuring work remains on-brand, effective, and strategically sound
. Lead and coordinate all agency partners (Media, Digital, Social, etc.) to deliver integrated campaign solutions
Team Leadership & Development
. Lead, mentor, and develop your team
. Set clear standards, provide guidance, and coach the team across client management, strategic thinking, and executional excellence
. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture
