The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Group Account Director to architect the next chapter of our growth. You will be the senior agency leader and growth architect responsible for the strategic expansion of Clickr's MNC portfolio. This role demands an executive who bridges the gap between high-level agency vision and tactical execution, serving as a primary driver of new revenue while ensuring the long-term profitability and strategic health of key accounts. You will leverage AI-native methodologies to maintain a competitive edge, ensuring Clickr remains a trusted growth partner for ambitious global brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Client Leadership: Serve as senior counsel to C-level stakeholders, influencing brand and enterprise strategy, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Business Growth & Revenue: Identify new business opportunities, secure renewals, and consistently meet or exceed financial revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor team members (e.g., Account Directors, Managers), driving a culture of high performance and professional growth.
  • Financial & Operational Oversight: Manage account profitability, forecasting, and scope control.
  • Campaign Delivery: Oversee the execution of large-scale, multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, experiential) to ensure strategic alignment and quality.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve ambitious sales targets, focusing on expanding our footprint within the MNC sector.
  • Pipeline & Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through networking, strategic outreach, and relationship building.
  • Consultative Selling: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial discovery calls to final negotiations. Act as a strategic consultant, demonstrating a deep understanding of a prospect's business and the entire digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Pitch Leadership: Craft and deliver compelling, high-impact presentations and proposals that showcase the unique value of our integrated services, including Performance Marketing, Creative, MarTech, ABM, and Digital Transformation.
  • Industry Expertise: Serve as an internal and external thought leader, staying ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies like AI to inform our go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our internal strategy, creative, and technical teams to design holistic solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM system and deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to the leadership team.
  • AI-Native Implementation: Adeptly use, adapt to, and leverage digital technologies and AI tools to drive business value and solve complex client problems.

What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)

  • > 10+ years of professional experience with a verifiable history of securing and growing large-scale, integrated marketing mandates from multinational (MNC) clients.
  • An active, high-level professional network within the MNC sector in Singapore/SEA, currently operating at an Account Director level or higher.
  • Experience in a senior leadership role within a digital/creative agency, or an equivalent senior sales/consultative role within advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Meta) or MarTech solution providers.
  • A holistic mastery of the digital ecosystem, specifically in Performance Marketing, SEO/SEM, MarTech, and Digital Transformation.
  • Exceptional business acumen with the ability to act as a Business Value Architect, engaging in strategic narrative and ROI discussions with C-level executives.
  • A high level of digital Savviness, with a genuine passion for leveraging emerging technologies and AI to solve complex business problems and drive organizational efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be based in Singapore with a strong command of English; presentable and articulate for high-stakes client-facing interactions.
