Grocer Picker (Redhill/BoonLay/Kallang)

Day: Weekdays/Weekends (Min 2 Shift) - Min 3 months contract
Time: Min 6 Hours per shift.

Multiple Working Locations

• Central Region: Redhill, Kallang
• West Region: Bukit Batok, Boon Lay

Scope:

Pick Grocery Items: Select grocery items accurately and efficiently within a set timeframe.

Packing for Dispatch: Pack grocery items into plastic bags and hand them over to Dispatch staff for collection by delivery riders.

Restocking & Housekeeping: Restock shelves and maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.

Processing Returns: Check returned grocery products, ensure they are in good condition, and stow them back on the appropriate shelves.

Other Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the supervisor or team.

Note:

Able to Work Under Pressure: Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Physical Ability: Must be able to carry and lift grocery items weighing up to 15kg.

Tech Comfort: Comfortable using mobile devices or apps for order processing. Basic digital skills are preferred.

English Proficiency: Ability to read and understand English, as all signage, product names, directions, and instructions are in English. Able to communicate in English with colleagues, supervisors, and customers.

Punctual and Efficient: Strong sense of urgency and reliability to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Commitment & Responsibility: Must be responsible, dedicated, and able to perform tasks with a high level of responsibility.
