Job Description
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme. The GRaduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT) Programme is an initiative by Workforce Singapore (WSG) that offers fresh graduates with traineeship opportunities across various sectors.
- Support the Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams in crafting clear, engaging, and impactful copy to promote digital banking products across various channels — including social media, newsletters, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with the graphic design team to conceptualize and develop marketing collaterals, ensuring all materials are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Assist in planning and executing digital banking campaigns, working with multiple functional stakeholders to drive effective campaign delivery.
- Liaise with external partners for campaign proposals, coordination, and to manage end-to-end partnership activities.
Requirements
- Graduated or graduating in 2024 and 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Linguistics, Business, or a related field.
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong attention to tone and clarity.
- Prior experience in copywriting, content creation, or article/blog writing is an advantage.
- Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint (experience with other design or content tools is a plus).
