Support project delivery and coordination for assigned product features, ensuring alignment between business needs and system workflows.
Assist in reviewing system designs and product requirements to enhance workflow efficiency and product quality.
Participate in analyzing business processes to ensure new features meet business goals and help identify or document live issues.
Help plan and track system updates, bug fixes, and feature releases under the guidance of senior team members.
Requirements:
Graduated or graduating in 2024 and 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
Demonstrated interest in digital product delivery, project management, or quality assurance-prior internship or academic project experience in these areas is a plus.
Basic understanding of software development or banking product life cycles and curiosity to learn about system behavior and workflow processes.
