Assist in Staffing (Job Posting, Screening, Interview, onboarding)
Assist in all HR Process for compliance with government laws and regulations
Conduct Exit interviews
Assist on MOM work pass application, renewal, cancellation & other related matters.
Provides orientation for new employees
Assist in Onboarding, signing and explanation of company policies, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for employment contract with new employees.
Training
Trainings programs discussion and training arrangement
Food hygiene cert arrangement
Maintain training records
Staff Benefits and CSR
Administers employee benefits programs and coordinates and confirms with management
Manage and organise Company events (half yearly CSR event, once every 4 months Greendot welcoming day + Annual Event)
Manage Staff Birthday vouchers, Anniversary vouchers and Yearly Greendot Family Vouchers
Conduct and Manage Yearly Staff Satisfaction Survey
Sending Reminder to outlet in charge on coming staff's birthday
Discussion and execution on improving company overall benefits and culture
HR Records Maintenance and administration
Maintains human resources records for employees and ensuring the confidentiality and security of HR files and filing systems
Taking company calls
Support the HR and Admin dept and perform administrative work as needed by the management
Requirement
Possess Diploma in Human Resources
Experience in using HRMS ( e.g. STAFFANY, TALENOX )
Strong comprehension and communication skills, both written and spoken to interface with all levels of people internally and externally
