Green Mark Manager to support and lead sustainability and Green Mark initiatives for large-scale building construction projects under an A1 Main Contractor environment.
The ideal candidate shall possess strong knowledge of BCA Green Mark requirements, with project coordination experience to manage sustainability deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all Green Mark certification submissions and compliance matters for building projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on Green Mark requirements and sustainability targets.
- Ensure project compliance with BCA Green Mark criteria, environmental regulations, and authority requirements.
- Review and monitor design, materials, equipment, and construction methods to achieve Green Mark certification goals.
- Work closely with M&E teams to ensure proper implementation of energy-efficient and sustainable systems.
- Prepare and maintain Green Mark documentation, reports, calculations, and submission records.
- Attend technical meetings, site inspections, and authority audits related to Green Mark compliance.
- Monitor project progress and identify gaps or non-compliance issues with corrective actions.
- Support project teams on ESG, sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental initiatives where required.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Sustainability, or related discipline.
- Must be Green Mark registered/certified with BCA.
- Possess strong M&E background within construction/building projects.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Green Mark coordination/management for building construction projects.
- Familiar with BCA Green Mark schemes, sustainability requirements, and authority submission processes.
