Deeply understands the core needs and challenges of data center end-clients and is familiar with key performance indicators (PUE, WUE, CUE, etc.) and industry best practices.
  3. Possesses a solid network of industry resources within the data center sector, including connections with relevant parties such as local governments, energy ministries, power grid companies, internet cloud service providers, data center operators, and AI computing enterprises.
  4. Possesses fundamental cost management capabilities, able to perform project cost control, estimation, and investment return analysis.
