- Prepare, edit, and finalize layouts and artwork for colour-proofing, printing, and production using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on all incoming files from clients and sales to ensure they meet technical specifications (resolution, colour mode, fonts, bleed).
- Amend and refine existing artwork based on instructions from the sales team.
- Expertly handle and typeset artwork featuring both English and Chinese wordings.
- Generate flawless, print-ready files for various output methods, including large-format printing, vinyl cutting, and digital printing.
- Create compelling and effective designs for print, digital media, and signage concepts as required.
Internal Coordination & Workflow Management:
- Work closely with the Sales Team to understand project requirements, provide technical feasibility feedback, and deliver proofs for client approval.
- Liaise directly with the Production Team to prepare and troubleshoot files for specific machinery (printers, plotters, CNCs), ensuring optimal output.
- Manage, organize, and archive all digital artwork assets and job files systematically.
- Prepare all necessary documentation and ensure the readiness of files for production.
General:
- Maintain a disciplined approach to observing tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated on current industry standards, software updates, and design trends.
- Be willing to work overtime when necessary to complete urgent projects.
