Graphic Designer

We're looking for a graphic designer.

You'll create everything from brochures and reports to presentations, animations and short videos. You should be comfortable across the Adobe Creative Suite and other design platforms, enjoy learning new tools (especially AI), and know when technology helps, and when it doesn't.

We're after someone with a great eye, strong graphic instincts, clear communication skills, and an easy-going, collaborative approach. An interest in architecture or the built environment is a bonus.

Requirements

• Strong visual eye with excellent graphic design instincts and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation software.
• Experience creating a range of design outputs, including brochures, reports, presentations, animations, motion graphics, and short videos.
• Comfortable learning and using new design tools, including AI-powered creative tools.
• Able to understand when technology enhances creativity and when traditional design approaches are more effective.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well with different teams and stakeholders.
• Curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic about exploring new design trends and tools.
• An interest in architecture, design, or the built environment is advantageous.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, positive, and creative environment.
