We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for producing compelling visual content across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and delivering impactful campaign results. This role requires a strong design sensibility, excellent time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Design and produce creative materials for both online and offline platforms (social media, website, in-store collaterals, digital campaigns, etc.).
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to conceptualise and execute campaign visuals that deliver impactful results.
Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final artwork production, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Conduct research and create mood/storyboards, presenting innovative ideas supported by market insights and industry knowledge.
Develop and manage project timelines to ensure all creative deliverables are completed on schedule.
Liaise with external vendors, printers, and contractors to ensure production quality and deadlines are met.
Uphold brand consistency by ensuring all marketing collaterals are aligned with brand guidelines across all platforms and touchpoints.
Support ad-hoc marketing and design projects or other assignments as directed by Brand and Marketing Manager
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Skilled in video editing software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
Good understanding of in-store merchandise display and visual presentation.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Capable of working well under pressure while maintaining quality and timeliness.
Photography and photo-editing skills will be a strong advantage.
Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Prior experience in F&B, retail, or consumer brands is preferred but not essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of web design, social media, and content management will be an added advantage.
