Graphic Designer

Location: Singapore (Hybrid / Flexible WFH) Employment Type: Full-Time, In-House

Project B is a global social platform at the intersection of basketball, entertainment, and culture. Our mission is to connect the world's best players with a worldwide community and redefine how global sports are experienced.

We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer / Art Director to drive our visual identity across multiple platforms. In this role, you will:

• Create dynamic visual assets for digital and social platforms, live events, promotional campaigns, and community content.
• Develop brand-aligned concepts, including logos, event marks, and layouts for web, mobile, and streaming environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure visual consistency.
• Manage external talent: Source, direct, and oversee freelance designers and external resources to scale creative output when needed.
• Manage the design lifecycle, from preparing files for production to iterating on designs based on feedback and performance data.
  

• Proven Experience: Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio highlighting impactful digital and social work.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma).
• Creative Execution: The ability to seamlessly translate creative briefs into clear, compelling visual concepts.
• Resource & Workflow Management: Excellent time management, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and experience outsourcing and managing external creative help.
• Industry Pace: Comfort working collaboratively in a fast-paced, sports- or entertainment-focused environment.
