We work with a wide range of clients, from pet brands and skincare companies to education and lifestyle businesses, creating visuals designed to perform across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and paid ads.
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can combine good taste with speed and organisation. If you enjoy creating clean visuals, collaborating with a fast-moving team, and seeing your work drive real marketing results, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Design & Creative Production
- Design social media graphics (Instagram, TikTok, ads, carousels, stories)
- Create visual assets for marketing campaigns and digital ads
- Support video editors with visual elements such as thumbnails, overlays, and simple motion graphics
- Adapt designs across different formats and platforms
Brand & Client Work
- Work across a variety of brands including pet, skincare, education, and lifestyle companies
- Translate brand guidelines into clean, engaging visuals
- Ensure consistency in design across different content pieces
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with the content and performance marketing team
- Collaborate using Google Workspace and Figma
- Organise and maintain design files so projects remain structured and easy to manage
What We're Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator is a plus)
- Comfortable collaborating in Google Workspace and/or Figma
- Good visual taste and attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects
- Interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
Bonus Points
- Experience designing social media ads or performance marketing creatives
- Familiarity with short-form content formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills
