Job Summary

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who creates diverse marketing materials, including menus, flyers, and social media graphics. The role collaborating with teams, developing creative concepts, ensuring brand consistency, and managing multiple projects. The role demands staying updated with design trends and refining designs based on feedback.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing materials including but not limited to menus, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, advertisements, and packaging designs.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and copywriter team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience preferences.
  • Develop creative concepts and layouts that align with brand guidelines while maintaining a high level of creativity and originality.
  • Produce visually compelling designs that effectively communicate key messages and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all design assets and platforms, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand image.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our designs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Actively seek feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and improve overall visual communication strategies.

Prerequisite

  • Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • Proven 4-5 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the F&B industry or related field.
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
