Graphic Designer & Content Creator

At SJ Digital Media, we view design as impactful visual storytelling. We are seeking a talented and reliable Graphic Designer & Project Executive who can transform concepts into compelling visuals across print and digital media. The ideal candidate is creative, skilled in modern design software, capable of managing multiple projects, and confident in client communication. This role also requires professionalism, punctuality, strong project management, and basic leadership to support overseas teams. As an innovation-driven company, we integrate AI tools into our workflows, with training provided.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development

. Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with internal teams and clients across diverse mediums (websites, decks, ads, signage, brand kits, newsletters, collaterals, etc.)
. Translate strategic direction into visually compelling designs while maintaining brand consistency
. Develop concepts by hand or using design software, determining the ideal use of colour, typography, imagery, and layout
. Manage the design, formatting, and uploading process across CMS platforms and digital channels
. Apply trend intelligence, market awareness, and design best practices to elevate creative output
. Produce professional design deliverables for websites, brand guides, marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital ads

Client Communication & Project Execution

. Communicate confidently with clients to gather requirements, present ideas, propose creative direction, and manage expectations
. Pitch design concepts and brand strategies during client meetings
. Ensure all deliverables adhere strictly to timelines-this is a timeline-driven and deadline-critical role
. Coordinate directly with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress from concept to final delivery

AI Tools & Innovation

. Use AI design and productivity tools to accelerate workflow, enhance creativity, and streamline execution (training provided)
. Support the company's AI-driven transformation by integrating modern tools into design and project processes

Leadership & Cross-Border Coordination

. Provide basic leadership to manage and guide overseas design staff
. Ensure consistency, clarity, and timely follow-through across regional production teams
. Assign tasks, review work quality, and maintain project discipline across borders

Required Skills & Qualifications

. Exceptional creativity and innovative design capabilities
. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop (AI, PSD, ID), and Dreamweaver
. Strong communication and presentation abilities, especially in client-facing situations
. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous assignments
. Willingness to adopt and learn AI tools for design and workflow improvement
. Ability to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into impactful visual designs

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

. Min. Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art, or a related discipline
. Proficiency in AI Tools & Adobe Suite is an advantage
. Knowledge of WiX and content management systems
