Job Summary
Develop and manage creative designs for online and offline marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery. Oversee content planning for social media platforms and perform photo and video editing to support campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing designs for social media graphics, websites, digital ads, packaging, and printed collaterals to enhance brand presence
- Adapt master packaging designs to various formats, sizes, product lines, and country-specific requirements to ensure compliance and consistency
- Manage multiple brand projects simultaneously, maintaining consistent brand identity across all design and marketing materials
- Track and prioritize workload and timelines to meet project deadlines efficiently
- Create mood boards and provide art direction to guide creative concepts and visual storytelling
- Edit photos and conduct product and campaign photography as needed to support marketing initiatives
- Edit and trim corporate and brand videos to produce engaging multimedia content
- Plan and manage daily content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to drive audience engagement
Required competencies and certifications
- Design-related Diploma or Degree as a foundational qualification for design tasks
- Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite applications and Microsoft Office to execute design projects accurately
- Meticulous attention to typography, layouts, colors, and illustrations to ensure high-quality visual outputs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic familiarity with design and video editing tools such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro to support multimedia content creation
- Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics for simple text animations, transitions, or effects to enhance video content
- Interest in creating social media content including Reels and TikTok videos to engage digital audiences
- Strong visual sensibility for layout and storytelling to improve content impact
- Positive attitude and strong initiative to contribute proactively to team goals
- Staying updated with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to maintain creative relevance
