Graphic Designer

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports the Company's marketing, branding, and communication initiatives across all COTU concepts, including Little Birdie, Enso Steakhouse, Dashi Gogo, Dashi Skypool and Whisper Room.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the role focuses on graphic design, multimedia production, and creative execution while contributing ideas that enhance the Company's brand presence and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding

• Design and produce marketing collateral for both digital and print, including social media creatives, posters, menus, EDMs, signage, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Ensure all creative work aligns with the Company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

• Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.

Video Editing & Multimedia

• Create and edit engaging short-form videos for social media, campaigns, and events.

• Produce basic motion graphics and multimedia content.

• Perform post-production tasks including video editing, colour correction, audio enhancement, and formatting for various platforms.

Creative Development

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop creative concepts and campaign visuals.

• Contribute fresh ideas and visual solutions that strengthen brand storytelling and audience engagement.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Events teams to deliver creative assets on time.

• Manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.

• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and ensure timely completion of design projects.

Technology & Innovation

• Utilise Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design software.

• Leverage AI creative tools to improve productivity and creative output.

• Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in hospitality, lifestyle, retail, or agency environments is an advantage.

• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work is required.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong eye for design, branding, typography, and visual storytelling.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite knowledge of After Effects, Canva, Figma, or AI creative tools is an advantage.

• Ability to produce high-quality social media creatives and marketing collateral.

• Proficient in short-form video editing.

• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
