Job Summary
Create and manage brand-consistent visual designs for digital and print campaigns, collaborating with creative leadership to meet client goals in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop visually compelling and brand-consistent designs for digital and print campaigns, including brochures, advertisements, website graphics, social media content, EDMs, videos, and other digital platforms
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to deliver creative solutions aligned with client objectives
- Interpret creative briefs and produce innovative design solutions within project timelines
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality and adherence to brand guidelines
- Adapt design approaches to balance creativity with commercial requirements in a fast-paced environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or related field
- 1-3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in publishing, advertising, or digital agencies fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, hardware, and print specifications
- Experience in video editing and animation to create engaging digital content
- Strong conceptual and creative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet tight deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken English ability to articulate creative rationale is a plus
- Knowledge of web design is an advantage but not required
- Singaporean/PR candidates preferred
