We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This is a broad role covering events, booth design, and the full range of digital and print marketing assets. You will own projects end-to-end – from concept through to final delivery – working closely with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders.
This role suits someone who is self-motivated, takes initiative, and communicates clearly. B2B marketing experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Events & Booth Design
- Lead design of event booths, exhibition stands, roadshows, and trade show materials.
- Create all on-site materials: banners, signage, props, flyers, and brochures.
- Handle on-site photography at events where required.
Digital Assets & Campaigns
- Design and produce digital assets for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat), email marketing, web, and online advertising related to events.
- Build and edit PowerPoint/slide decks, including branded templates and motion graphics.
- Edit post-event videos and webinar recordings for distribution.
- Adapt assets across formats and channels as needed.
Brand & Collateral
- Design pre- and post-event marketing collateral: advertisements, brochures, flyers, and landing page assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels.
- Apply and uphold brand guidelines across both internal and external communications.
Asset Management
- Maintain an organized repository of all design assets for team access.
- Audit and update existing collateral on a regular basis.
Experience
- 3-5 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a B2B marketing or agency environment.
- Proven experience in booth and event design (trade shows, roadshows, workshops).
- Experience producing video edits, slide decks, and motion graphics.
- Track record working across multiple markets or geographies is a plus.
Skills & Tools
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
- Solid grasp of design principles: typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines without close supervision.
- Strong communicator who takes initiative and flags issues early.
- Team player – collaborative, reliable, and easy to work with.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Strong command of Mandarin (read/write) for stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating range across digital, print, and event design is required.
