Job Summary
We are a signage company seeking a passionate Graphic Designer cum Production Co-Ordinator to independently manage multiple projects, coordinate with teams and clients, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality signage solutions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop-drawings with technical specifications to obtain client approval
- Coordinate effectively with production teams and clients to clarify and fulfill signage requirements
- Manage multiple signage projects independently to ensure on-time completion and delivery
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to resolve issues and align project expectations
- Apply multitasking skills to balance competing priorities and maintain workflow efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficient use of CASMATE, FLEXI-SIGN, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Freehand Illustrator software
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to embrace challenges and professional growth
- Commitment to long-term collaboration and development within the company
Other Information
- Salary: Basic $2,800 - $3,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
- Off Days: 1.5 days per week
- Or will be off day/ 6days per month
- Location: Tampines
