Graphic Design Executive

Responsibilities & Duties

• Mainly responsible for the design of flyers for our Ceremonies and Events.
• Updating of contents for website - Ceremony items, website carousel posters, schedules and sutras uploading etc.
• Responsible for Ceremony photography and video production.
• Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
• Manage social media marketing campaigns - mainly Facebook and Telegram marketing.
• Email Marketing. Create engaging content for email marketing campaigns.
• Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
• Any Other adhoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Proficient in photography and video editing.
• Good in Chinese and English language.
• Self-motivated, creative, collaborative, team player, easygoing, kind, flexible, meticulous, results and service oriented, willing to learn, passionate and competent.
