Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process grant applications, disbursements, and claims accurately and in a timely manner
  • Check and verify completeness of documents and supporting information
  • Maintain proper records and ensure data accuracy in the system
  • Follow up on missing or incomplete information from applicants when required

Case Handling

  • Handle standard grant cases based on SOPs and guidelines
  • Escalate complex or unusual cases to supervisor for review and decision
  • Assist in resolving basic applicant queries related to submissions

Operational Support

  • Support daily operational workflow and meet assigned KPIs/service standards
  • Assist in identifying and reporting issues, errors, or processing delays
  • Ensure tasks are completed within turnaround time

Compliance & Documentation

  • Follow grant policies, SOPs, and internal control procedures
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of cases for audit purposes
  • Maintain data integrity in all processing activities

Systems Usage

  • Use grants management systems and tools for processing work
  • Update records accurately in system platforms
  • Support basic testing or feedback when system updates are introduced

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with good accuracy in data entry and document checking
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Team player with willingness to learn


Employment Details

  • Work Days: Monday to Friday
  • Work Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Monday - Thursday), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)
  • Contract Duration: 2-year contract (Renewable)
  • Work Location: Kaki Bukit/ Ubi
  • Salary Range: $3000 - $3500
