Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support grant administration, program coordination, and communications for our TradeTrust initiative. The role involves managing grant processes, coordinating events, maintaining digital content, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Grant Administration and Processing

  • Provide end-to-end administrative support for the TradeTrust-Ready grant program, including application tracking, document verification, evaluation coordination, award/rejection notifications, and claims/disbursement processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of grant applications and ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely approvals and payments.

2. Program and Event Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing pre-launch marketing, briefing, and networking sessions for carriers, digital trade platforms, and ecosystem partners.
  • Support logistics such as venue coordination, participant registration, presentation materials, and event communications.
  • Collate feedback and prepare post-event reports.

3. Communications and Digital Content Management

  • Manage and update content on the TradeTrust.io website, ensuring program information, partner listings, and news updates remain current and accurate.
  • Monitor and respond to enquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, newsletters, and marketing collaterals to support program outreach.

4. Administrative Support

  • Support preparation of management updates, progress summaries, and communications to stakeholders.
  • Undertake other administrative tasks related to the TradeTrust initiative as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Experience in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Experience in grant administration or government programs.
  • Knowledge of digital trade, blockchain technology, or the TradeTrust ecosystem.
