Role Overview
The Grant Advisory Executive role drives the identification, evaluation, and securing of government and private-sector funding to support innovation, digital transformation, and business growth initiatives. This role plays a key part in maximising funding opportunities to enhance project ROI and accelerate technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate relevant grants, incentives, and funding opportunities across public agencies and private sectors
- Monitor funding schemes from agencies such as Enterprise Singapore, Infocomm Media Development Authority, Economic Development Board, National Research Foundation, and GovTech
- Develop and prepare compelling grant proposals and funding applications
- Support funding for internal initiatives (e.g., AI platforms, product development, innovation projects)
- Advise on and structure external client projects to qualify for grants and co-funding schemes
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Delivery teams to align projects with funding requirements
- Ensure compliance with grant guidelines, documentation, and reporting standards
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Public Policy, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in grant management, funding programs, or innovation-related roles
- Strong familiarity with Singapore government grant schemes (e.g., Enterprise Singapore, IMDA, EDB)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple funding applications concurrently
