Are you a fresh graduate ready to jumpstart your career in PR and communications Catalyst is our paid, 3-month fast-track program designed to turn high-potential graduates into full-time Account Executives (AEs)!

Gain hands-on experience in client servicing, media relations, content creation, and campaign execution—all while being mentored by our senior team members.

What You'll Do:

• Support the team in PR strategies, social media, and content development
• Assist in client servicing, media outreach, and campaign execution
• Conduct media monitoring and analyse campaign results
• Participate in ideation, events, and offline activations
• Create compelling content for press releases, social media, and reports

Who We're Looking For:

• Fluent in both Malay and English (written and spoken) — proficiency in both languages is essential to meet our client's communication needs for this role.
• Fresh graduates in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related fields (diploma, degree, or master's)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for media, content creation, and client engagement
