Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in an intensive, multi-disciplinary training programme covering core technologies including Java development, web technologies, and foundational aspects of Business Analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-developers, analysts, and business stakeholders-to understand client requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.
- Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
- Support Business Analysts in documenting requirements, creating models, and preparing use cases and user stories.
- Engage in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and workshops to continuously enhance technical and analytical skills.
- Work on real-world projects across various domains to contribute to client success, gaining practical experience in development, analysis, and solution delivery.
- Receive mentorship from experienced professionals across AI, development, and business analysis disciplines.
Job Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
- Demonstrated interest or exposure to Java, web development technologies, and basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts.
- Basic programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with web development tools and frameworks knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and documentation is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
