Graduate Trainee (2 years contract)

About the Graduate Trainee Programme

Over a period of 24 months, you will build a solid foundation of how our business works and gets an opportunity to collaborate with a highly talented and diverse workforce on various projects.
You will be given maximum exposure and depth of learning within your chosen role to broaden your understanding in various topics such as project execution, general and business management, and special development projects. Program targeted to start in June/July 2026

We're looking for graduates for the following role in Singapore:

Operations: Bachelors in Chemical, &Mechanical Engineering
ESG: Bachelors in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Besides the qualifications, you are also required to meet the following criteria:

-You should have less than 2 years of working experience upon graduation.

-You should be a Citizen or Permanent Resident.

-You must have ambitions to be a future leader and the ability to lead and inspire.

-You must be able to adapt to working in multicultural and diverse teams and possess strong communication skills and exceptional self- motivation.
