Support electrical design, technical calculations, equipment evaluation and technical reviews across Solar PV, BESS, Wind, data centre power systems and associated electrical infrastructure (with guidance).
Grid Connection & Power Systems
Support grid connection studies, power system analysis and MV/HV infrastructure assessments, including substations, transmission systems, SCADA, protection and metering, while coordinating with utilities, consultants and EPC contractors.
Project Engineering & Delivery
Support projects from feasibility through commissioning, including technical documentation, supplier/EPC evaluations, FAT/SAT, testing, tracking engineering deliverables, and resolving technical issues during construction.
Technical Coordination & Quality Assurance
Support multidisciplinary engineering coordination, design reviews and technical due diligence, while contributing to system optimization, cost and performance improvements, and compliance with relevant engineering standards.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
Support technical coordination with EPC contractors, consultants, suppliers, utilities and international project teams, while participating in technical discussions and preparing reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
Requirements
Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Power, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related discipline are encouraged to apply.
Relevant internship, final-year project, research, or hands-on project experience will be an advantage.
Exposure to engineering design, renewable energy and power system modelling software (PVSyst, ETAP, DIgSILENT, PSS/E, AutoCAD) or similar tools is advantageous.
Able to interpret basic single-line diagrams, electrical drawings and technical specifications.
Good communication and teamwork skills comfortable working with international teams.
