Job Summary

The ideal candidate will play a key role within the company and assist the Principal Building Surveyor and Project Manager in all aspects of surveying, planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the agreed on budget, timeline, and scope. This includes supporting to ensure timely execution, proper documentation, and strong coordination across project stages. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or junior professionals with a strong interest in building surveying, project management and construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities to ensure timely execution within budget and scope under the guidance of senior staff
• Manage and maintain meticulous filing, project documentation, and record-keeping systems to support project transparency and compliance
• Host site meetings with stakeholders and prepare detailed meeting minutes to facilitate clear communication and decision tracking
• Conduct surveying inspections, manage tendering and procurement processes, and perform tender evaluations and interviews to select appropriate contractors and suppliers
• Prepare weekly progress reports by updating project status to inform stakeholders and support project tracking
• Coordinate follow-ups on site works and punch lists to ensure completion of outstanding tasks and quality standards
• Apply creativity in project work and delivery to enhance problem-solving and project outcomes
• Perform data analysis to support project decision-making and reporting
