About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support project teams in planning, coordination, and execution of construction works
- Assist in site supervision and monitoring of project progress
- Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
- Review technical drawings and ensure works are carried out according to specifications
- Assist in documentation, reporting, and coordination meetings
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site
- Support problem-solving and troubleshooting of site issues
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
