Graduate Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Graduate Engineer to join Augmentus through a handson rotational role designed to build strong technical foundations and realworld engineering experience. You will work on real systems, real customers, and real constraints from day one, gaining exposure across multiple functions to identify the best longterm fit for your strengths and interests.

During your probation period, you will start in one core function and may rotate across teams as needed. This role is ideal for individuals who are selfdriven, adaptable, and eager to take ownership with minimal handholding.

What You'll Do

As part of the rotational program, you will gain exposure across the following areas:

Product Management

• Support product requirement definition, feature analysis, and product testing
• Translate customer problems and operational needs into clear engineering inputs
• Work closely with engineering teams to validate product functionality and usability

Deployment

• Assist with Augmentus system deployment in customer environments
• Support system testing, troubleshooting, and realworld issue resolution
• Learn to diagnose and resolve integration, performance, and operational challenges

Solutions Engineering

• Support solution design and technical validation for customer use cases
• Assist with technical demos, proofofconcepts, and project coordination
• Participate in hardware setup, testing, and system validation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer, Industrial, or related)
• Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of working experience
• Strong interest in engineering, technology, and what the company builds
• Comfortable working with ambiguous problem statements and changing priorities
• Willingness to learn quickly, take feedback, and adapt across different roles
• Clear communicator with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
