The Position

Working closely with experienced professionals, you will support the delivery of high-quality corporate secretarial and client services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including multinational corporations, private investment firms, and growing businesses. As your knowledge and experience develop, you will progressively take on greater responsibilities and client interactions.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a portfolio of clients and support the team in delivering responsive, professional, and value-added corporate secretarial services.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients by responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate communication and documentation between clients, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders across different jurisdictions.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of statutory records and corporate registers in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the filing of annual returns and other statutory submissions with ACRA and relevant authorities.
- Assist in the preparation of directors resolutions, shareholders resolutions, meeting minutes, annual general meeting documents, and other corporate secretarial documents.
- Support the team in ensuring client requests and deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Contribute to delivering a seamless and high-quality client experience through effective communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Perform ad hoc assignments and special projects as required.
Your Profile
- Singapore Citizens/Singapore PR with a Degree in any discipline. Graduates in Business/Commerce/Corporate Administration, or related fields are welcome to apply.
- Fresh graduates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong interest in developing a career in Corporate Secretarial, Corporate Services, or Client Relationship Management.
- Client service-oriented with a genuine desire to understand client needs and provide excellent support.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy when handling documents and information.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and commitment to delivering quality work and service excellence.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
