KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

About the Analyst Role

Analysts are core members of Korn Ferry consulting teams and contribute directly to client engagements across our four advisory capability areas.

What You'll Work On

You will work closely with consulting teams to analyse data, develop insights, and translate Korn Ferry's methodologies into practical solutions for clients. Depending on the project, Analysts may contribute to work such as:

  • Designing leadership development journeysfor emerging and senior leaders
  • Supporting leadership assessments and succession planningfor critical roles
  • Analysing organizational structures and workforce strategiesto help clients operate more effectively, scale and grow locally or globally
  • Developing job architecture and rewards frameworksto align talent and performance

How You'll Grow

In this role, you will develop capabilities that form the foundation of a consulting career, including:

  • Structured problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Translating research and data into clear client insights
  • Applying Korn Ferry's global research, assessment tools, and consulting frameworks
  • Working with senior leaders on complex organizational and workforce challenges
  • Collaborating across multidisciplinary consulting teams on real client engagements

Through mentorship, on-the-job learning, and exposure to diverse client situations, analysts build strong consulting, analytical, and communication skills.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop insights
  • Clear and confident communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality of work
  • Collaborative team player able to work effectively across consulting teams
  • Strong organization and project coordination capability
  • Curiosity about organizations, leadership, and workforce strategy
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with Gen AI tools to drive efficiency and insights
