Graduate Associate, Global Programmes & Thought Leadership
6-Month Full-Time Graduate Associate Programme
Allowance: S$1,500–S$1,800/month
Role Description
This 6-month full-time graduate associate programme is designed for a recent graduate seeking practical experience in global programmes, thought leadership, research, content development, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement. The Graduate Associate will support Ageing Asia's regional initiatives across ageing, longevity, care innovation, health, technology, policy, investment, and social impact.
The responsibilities include conducting research, developing thought leadership content, managing projects, supporting strategic initiatives, and facilitating collaborations across business, government, and community leaders. The associate will also assist with event coordination, maintain partnerships, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
This role reports directly to Founder, Janice Chia. The ideal candidate is that is self motivated, positive energy, a heart for seniors, and an entrepreneurial viewpoint on the business of ageing. The role requires full commitment of time, working closely with the founder across both Ageing Asia and, sister company, ASPIRE55. Weekend work may be required. Not a 9-5 job, not a bed of roses, but if you work hard, demonstrate commercial acumen and contribution, a full time role could be created for you.
