Government Sector HR Manager

We are seeking a Performance Partner to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience by overseeing performance and rewards frameworks, and developing HR policies. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and passionate about building a fair and engaging workplace.

Responsibilities

. Performance Management: Administer the performance review cycle, advise managers and employees on performance matters, and ensure a fair and effective process.
. Compensation & Rewards: Support the implementation of the rewards strategy, and manage compensation and benefits programs.
. Policy Development: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business goals and legal requirements.

Requirements

. Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on performance management.
. Knowledge: Good understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
. Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
