Google Architect - Cloud & AI

We are seeking a Google Architect who combines deep technical mastery of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and modern AI technologies with strong client-facing leadership. The ideal candidate will lead cloud and AI solutioning across NCS Google ecosystem - spanning infrastructure, data, applications, and agentic AI - and act as the technical face of NCS in our co-innovation journey with Google.

This role demands a blend of hands-on architecture, strategic partnership management, and thought leadership - driving impactful outcomes for clients, and advancing NCS's Google capabilities in the region.

What you will do

1. Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Design and architect end-to-end solutions on Google Cloud Platform - including compute, storage, networking, security, data analytics, and AI/ML services.
• Build and integrate Google-native AI applications leveraging Gemini models, Vertex AI, Duet AI, and Agentspace for real-world client use cases.
• Drive best practices in scalable, secure, and cost-optimized Google Cloud architectures across industries such as aviation, healthcare, transport, and public sector.
• Oversee architecture reviews, migration blueprints, and modernization roadmaps aligned with enterprise transformation goals.

2. Co-Innovation & Delivery with Google

• Collaborate closely with Google Cloud engineers, product teams, and AI specialists to co-develop and deliver innovative solutions for NCS clients.
• Lead joint technical sessions, immersion labs, and proof-of-value projects with Google, ensuring alignment with both companies go-to-market strategies.
• Co-present and co-author solution papers, demos, and AI showcases for joint industry events and executive briefings.

3. Evangelism & Capability Advocacy

• Act as the NCS Google Capability Champion, advocating NCS's joint value propositions with Google to clients, partners, and industry forums.
• Promote adoption of Google AI, Gemini, and Agentspace through internal enablement and client engagement.
• Guide NCS engineering teams to upskill in Google technologies, fostering a culture of AI-first delivery.

4. Solution Incubation & Thought Leadership

• Identify and incubate reusable Google-based accelerators, reference architectures, and solution templates for NCS offerings.
• Contribute to thought leadership on topics such as AI ethics, responsible AI, and generative AI governance.
• Support business growth through technical pre-sales, RFP responses, and solution workshops.

What you should possess

Technical Expertise

• 8+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in cloud architecture with GCP.
• Deep knowledge of GCP services - Compute Engine, Cloud Run, GKE, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Apigee, IAM, and Cloud Spanner.
• Proficient in AI and ML frameworks (Vertex AI, Gemini, TensorFlow, LangChain, Agentspace, etc.).
• Strong experience in modern application architectures - microservices, containerization, APIs, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
• Familiarity with hybrid and multi-cloud setups integrating AWS, Azure, or on-premise systems.

Leadership and Collaboration

• Proven track record of co-delivery or strategic partnership with Google Cloud.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, including experience with C-suite and public sector clients.
• Strong ability to translate technical possibilities into business outcomes.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Google Professional Cloud Architect
• Google Professional Data Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer
• Vertex AI or Gemini specialization certifications (preferred)
