The Goods Receipt Executive is responsible for managing and processing all supplier invoices, ensuring accurate and timely recording in the accounting system.
This role plays a key part in maintaining financial integrity and compliance with company policies, while fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and process all incoming supplier invoices
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of invoices in the accounting system
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to goods receipts and invoicing
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Support ad-hoc finance-related tasks and projects as assigned
GENERAL SKILLS
- Basic goods receipts knowledge preferred
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Basic written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese as candidate needs to contact / verify invoices with suppliers / vendors
