How You will Make An Impact:

Product Management & Business Growth

  • Own and manage the overall product strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of GOMOBIz.
  • Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability for the GOMOBIz portfolio.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product planning, pricing, positioning, launch, and performance optimisation.
  • Analyse customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and improve product competitiveness.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans and campaigns to drive SME adoption.

Partnership & Ecosystem Development

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with Trade Associations, ecosystem partners, and relevant stakeholders to expand GOMOBIz reach and market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop bundled offerings and value-added services for SMEs.
  • Support engagement with government agencies and industry initiatives related to SME digitalisation.

Customer & Market Development

  • Understand SME customer needs and translate them into relevant product enhancements and service offerings.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer engagement, usage, and retention.

Performance Management & Operations

  • Monitor business performance metrics and implement improvement plans to achieve revenue and operational targets.
  • Prepare business updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for management.
  • Ensure operational readiness and successful execution of product initiatives and launches.

Skills for Success:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business development, or telecommunications/digital solutions.
  • Experience managing SME products or digital service portfolios will be an advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth and business performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
  • Analytical, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
