OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Operations Executive to ensure the seamless daily operations of ournew golf driving range in Upper Jurong. Our facility features a modern driving range, indoor simulators, VIP rooms, and F&B services. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest service standards, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. The role is ideal for someone with operational experience in golf, leisure or hospitality settings.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the operational flow of the driving range, simulators, VIP rooms and F&B service areas, ensuring service standards, cleanliness and customer satisfaction are met.
- Deliver a welcoming guest experience: proactively address guest needs and ensure an environment where every visitor feels valued.
- Assist with recruitment, training, supervision and performance of operational staff (range attendants, F&B crew, customer service personnel).
- Coordinate maintenance of equipment (simulators, tracking systems) - monitor performance, escalate issues, ensure minimal downtime.
- Enforce health & safety, licensing and operational compliance requirements - ensure procedures are followed and standards maintained.
- Collaborate on planning and executing memberevents, promotional programs and corporate activities to drive engagement and business growth.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Degree in Sports Management, Business, Hospitality or related field.
- 13 years (or more) experience in operations or customer service management, preferably in a golf facility, leisure or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge or familiarity with golf driving ranges, simulators and tracking/ballsystems is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership skills, teammanagement capability, excellent problemsolving and attention to detail.
- Motivated, serviceoriented, and genuinely enthusiastic about golf and guest experience.
